COMMERCIAL
We have designed and built over thirty restaurants and retail spaces in Portland and Seattle since 1995. Our first clients were smaller restaurants, and then our commercial work soon expanded to include larger tenant improvements in malls and urban buildings. With a simple remodel and concept redesign, one of our clients were able to expand their single location to a chain of nine stores, all of which we helped design and build.
RESIDENTIAL
Our homes exude warmth and style, using rich colors and textures. Whether it is new construction or a smaller remodel, we commit to a high level of detail throughout the home, utilizing wood molding, ironwork, tile, stone, paint and plastered finishes.
Good design allows disparate elements to be blended in a seamless way.
In this "new country" kitchen, a farmhouse sink, cherry plank floors, and tumbled ceramic tile complement modern stainless steel appliances and a professional range. Three different materials top the counters: granite slab for convenience, a maple chopping block for food preparation, and concrete-gray composite for a cool look in the butler's pantry. Built-in cookbook shelves and glass dish cabinets, as well as an old-fashioned plate rack, complete the look.
